Overall, TIF provides low-income apartment complexes with property operations management and furnishes supportive social services for the residents. These activities include assisting with lease-up, resident selection and certification, supportive services and property operations. Texas Inter-Faith currently manages 1275 units and reaches over 4,000 people including Seniors and families. The goal of our Management division is to assure that low- and moderate-income individuals and/or families have access to quality, affordable housing and insure that these communities remain safe and stable.
