In 1995, the Bridges Apartments was acquired from the Resolution Trust Corporation. The acquisition and rehabilitation became feasible by using AHDP financing, HOME funds for Harris County and Low Income Housing Tax Credits provided through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. At 452 units, it is one of the biggest rehabilitation projects undertaken by Texas Inter-Faith to date.
