Cash Investment Initiative
Texas Inter-Faith has a vested interest in the long-term growth and financial stability of our residents. We don’t just provide people with a place to live; we provide a place to grow.
Long-term residents of our properties have the opportunity to participate in Inter-Faith’s Cash Investment Initiative. This program provides dollar-for-dollar matching of funds to qualified residents—up to 4 percent of the monthly rent with a maximum of $2,000—toward home ownership savings, continued education or entrepreneurial opportunities. Eligibility begins after 12 months of residency.
