For Other Non-profits
Texas Inter-Faith Management (TIFM) does not seek management of other non-profit organizations’ properties. However, we are often contacted by other owners who ask if we would consider providing management services. As a result, TIFM has provided 5th Ward and Pleasant Hill Village Community Development Corporations with management services for their properties. Our work with Pleasant Hill Village assisted with the original lease-up and has been completed, while our work with 5th Ward is ongoing.
In addition, TIFM manages Washington Courtyards for Avenue Community Development Corporation. This grew out of a joint application with Avenue for housing tax credits that was successful in constructing the property. This type of property management includes providing compliance monitoring and reporting for affordable housing restricted properties.
