For many years, Texas Inter-Faith has successfully developed, acquired, managed or complied with programs for affordable housing involving Community Development Block Grants, HOME Investment Partnership Grants, FHA Mortgage Insurance, Section 42 Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bond Financing, AHDP requirements, and conventional debt. The organization and its members have formed Single Member Limited Liability Companies to participate either solely or as General Partner. In addition, we have successfully arranged work outs for troubled assets in partnership with lenders and syndicators.
