Asset Management

Asset management is strategic, long-term financial analysis that helps to ensure sustainability and affordability of non-profit communities. Although Texas Inter-Faith Housing (TIFH) does not aggressively seek asset management opportunities, we do provide asset management services for properties owned by Brompton Community Housing Development Corporation and Oaklake Community Housing Development Corporation.

Asset Managers are Owners Representatives acting on behalf of the owners in negotiation, management oversight, reporting and financial matters, and are distinct from the role of property manager.
